Last updated: February 21, 2026
Drift Lomir respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its platform to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy describes how Drift Lomir responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement and how rights holders may submit a valid takedown request.
Applicability
This policy applies to all content hosted, transmitted, or made accessible through the Drift Lomir platform, including webinar recordings, uploaded materials, chat content, and any other user-generated or third-party content. By using the platform, you agree to comply with applicable copyright law and this policy.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated copyright agent. To be effective, your notice must include all of the following elements:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and that you request be removed or disabled, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it on our platform.
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Our Response to Valid Notices
Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice, Drift Lomir will:
- Review the notice to confirm it meets the requirements described above.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly if the notice is facially valid.
- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled.
- Provide the user with a copy of the notice so they may submit a counter-notification if appropriate.
We reserve the right to decline action on notices that are incomplete, clearly erroneous, or submitted in bad faith.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us within fourteen business days that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity, we may restore the removed material at our discretion.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Drift Lomir maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is any user who has had content removed in response to two or more valid DMCA notices within any rolling twelve-month period, or who has been the subject of credible repeated allegations of infringement. Account termination under this policy is in addition to any other remedies available to Drift Lomir or the affected rights holder.
Misrepresentation
Please be aware that submitting a materially false DMCA notice or counter-notification may expose you to civil liability, including damages, attorneys' fees, and costs. Before submitting any notice or counter-notification, ensure that all statements are accurate and that you are authorized to act in the capacity you claim.
Modifications to This Policy
Drift Lomir reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
